First the
Detainee Act now the
border fence. Are they finally waking up? The Majority Leader:
And, just moments ago, the Senate invoked cloture on the Secure Fence
Act of 2006 by a vote of 71-28. Tomorrow the Senate will pass this
legislation and send it to the President’s desk for his signature.
